Despite any terms stated in the Shipping Disclaimer or Terms and Conditions, orders delivered through courier agencies or third parties are not guaranteed by “Knowledge Invention.” We do not represent or warrant the timely delivery of these orders.
Products are delivered via our partner courier companies, and their delivery is subject to their own Terms and Conditions.
Delivery dates provided are estimates. Your order might be delivered a day before or after the estimated delivery date.

Our courier partners do not call before delivering an order. Please provide a delivery address where someone is available to receive the package. Redirection to another address is not possible.
Deliveries are not made by third-party couriers on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Delays may occur due to holidays, strikes, or other issues. If the recipient is unavailable, we will attempt delivery twice. If the delivery location is incorrect or the recipient refuses delivery, the order will be considered delivered. The courier will attempt delivery twice before returning the parcel to the origin. You will be charged for the order even if it is not successfully delivered.
The order is considered executed in cases of:
- Wrong delivery address.
- Recipient unavailable.
- Premises locked.
- Recipient refuses delivery.
- If the recipient is unavailable, they may instruct the delivery person to leave the order at the gate, reception, or with neighbors.
Delivery at Remote Locations and Towns
- Delivery is possible only in cities listed in our Serviceable Cities.
- Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
- Accurate address and contact number of the recipient are required.
- Deliveries are not made on National Holidays. If such a situation arises, delivery will be rescheduled for the next working day. In cases of floods, heavy rains, National Bandh, election dates, curfews, traffic jams, festivals, regulated traffic movements, lockdowns, or other delivery impediments, “Knowledge Invention” reserves the right to reschedule delivery.
- The delivery will be attempted only once at the provided address. If the delivery fails for reasons not attributable to “Knowledge Invention,” the customer will still be charged. Delivery is deemed executed in cases of:
– Wrong address.
– Recipient unavailable.
– Premises locked.
– Incorrect or non-functional contact details.
– Recipient refuses the products.
– Delivery made at the Gate/Reception/Neighbor.
